Geico does run software on every customer's computer without telling them, so it is probably infected key loggers so they can get your login ID, passwords, and even answers to challenge questions so they can sell it to other Nazi organizations like Verizon and FBI. Key loggers are software that is designed to record every letter you type on your computer and track every mouse click, and send the information back to the owner, in this case Geico. A simple fix for this is disable activeX and scripting, but once you do it most every thing at Geico.com does not work.
